BOOKING POLICY
- A $25.00 non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm the booking
- Bookings require a valid Visa or Mastercard. We do no accept American Express credit cards
- Full payment will be processed to the credit card provided, within 3 days prior to arrival. Any balance of your booking is due the day of arrival
- Any damages are the financial responsibility of the person making the booking
- Check-in time is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am
- Early check-in and late check-out arrangements must be made in advance, and are dependent on availability
- There is a NO Smoking and NO Electronic Cigarette Policy in place for the whole of the Atrium complex, this includes balconies and carparks
- One secure carpark is available for each apartment booked
There is a strict NO PARTY POLICY, visitors are permitted until 10:00 pm
We hold the right to change our booking and cancellation policies at any time
Reception is open from:
- 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday
- 8:00 am to 12:00 noon Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays

CANCELLATION POLICY
- ALL cancellations incur a $25.00 booking fee
- The booking fee is non-refundable
- Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to check-in
- Cancel within 3 days prior to check-in and a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value applies
- No shows or cancellation on the day of arrival will incur a charge for the full amount of the booking
- No refund for early departures
