Self-Serviced Apartment
Our apartments are private individually owned self-serviced apartments. Each apartment has full kitchen facilities, washing machine & dryer. Daily servicing & cleaning is not provided. We only clean and change linen, towels etc after check out if your stay is less than 7 nights. If your stay is more than 7 nights, we can arrange weekly or fortnightly cleaning change linen and towels etc. This will incur an extra fee. Please enquire with reception as to the cost which is dependent on what you require. No smoking or e cigarettes in our apartments including on the balconies. Guests are responsible for their visitors’ behaviour and conduct while on the premises. All visitors have to leave the premises by 10:00pm. We have a strictly no party policy.

Booking Policy
Bookings taken from 23rd December – 14th January PEAK PERIOD are a minimum of 4 nights, unless by prior arrangement where there is a gap that can be filled. A deposit may be required at the time a reservation is made of 1 night’s tariff for 2 or more nights’ accommodation. 10% deposit is required at the time of placing the booking (this is non-refundable) A valid credit card will be required to secure the booking. Atrium Apartments has a strict ‘NO PARTY POLICY’ and visitors are not permitted in guest apartments after 10:00 pm – only Registered Guests are permitted to be in apartments after this time.

Cancellation Policy
Please note to recover cost of administration your 10% deposit is non-refundable and will be charged on all cancellations.
If a booking is cancelled up to 3 days before arrival, one night’s accommodation tariff may be charged.
If a booking is cancelled on the day of the arrival the first night will be debited from the supplied credit card.
During the ‘PEAK PERIOD (23rd December to 14th January)
If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the booking you will be responsible for payment of the entire booking. This will be debited from the card provided.
A ‘NO SHOW’ will incur the full amount of the booking. This will be charged on the credit card provided.
If it is decided to cut short the holiday, the full payment of the total booking is still required.
In your interest be assured ALL credit card details will be kept secure.
